Kunix ball screws are certified under ISO standards and manufactured with 50Crmo4 material, which has been tried and tested and is followed by international standards as well. Kunix comes in the C3 class, which gives better efficiency and accuracy.

Series Under Ground Ball Screw

Internal Ball Series:

The benefit of the Kunix internal ball screw is that it requires much less space than other series because its outer diameter is smaller than that of the that of the external ball series nut.

End Deflector Series:

This series is produced, assembled, and inspected at a moderate temperature. It offers higher accuracy and reliability as compared to other series. Kunix provides precision ground ball screws from C1 to C5 class accuracy.

External Ball Series:

The external ball series generates less noise due to longer ball circulation paths. It offers smoother ball-running. It provides solutions and quality for large-diameter ball nuts.

High Lead Series:

The high lead series is important as it enables high speed, high rigidity, a high DN value, and low noise.

Low Noise Series:

The low noise series is used for lower noise, quality tone, low vibrations, and smooth operations. This is because it can absorb noise from the impact of balls, reducing the noise level.

Heavy Load Series:

Kunix The heavy-load series carries more load than other series. This series sustains a heavier axial load and higher acceleration and deceleration. This series can be used for heavy loads and high-accuracy applications.

Miniature Series:

The Kunix Miniature Series reduces the diameter of the ball nut and uses a special ball circulation system to satisfy more stability and high precision requirements.
